A friendly and welcoming primary school in Harlow is looking for an experienced and passionate Pre-School Leader to join their Early Years team this September.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a small pre-school provision within a supportive school environment, where children are encouraged to learn through play, curiosity, and creativity.
The Role
You will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the pre-school, leading a small team and ensuring high-quality Early Years provision. You’ll create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification (essential)
- Experience in Early Years settings (leadership experience desirable)
- Confident, caring, and organised approach
- Strong knowledge of EYFS
- Passion for supporting young children’s development
