Salary: £160–£220 per day (dependent on experience)

A welcoming and supportive primary school in Middlesbrough is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join their team. This Primary Teacher role is ideal for an enthusiastic and committed educator who is passionate about delivering engaging lessons and helping pupils achieve their full potential.
The successful Primary Teacher will be responsible for planning, delivering and assessing lessons across the primary curriculum. As a Primary Teacher, you will create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all pupils are encouraged to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities of the Primary Teacher:
- Planning, delivering and assessing engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
- Monitoring and tracking pupil progress to ensure positive outcomes.
- Creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
- Managing behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents and external agencies where required.
- Promoting safeguarding, wellbeing and high standards of achievement.
The Ideal Primary Teacher Will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have experience teaching within a primary school setting.
- Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Be passionate about raising attainment and pupil achievement.
- Be proactive, enthusiastic and committed to delivering high-quality education.
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply).
- Have a fully checkable work history.
