GSL Education are seeking a resilient and compassionate SEMH Teaching Assistant (TA) to support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a welcoming school in Rotherham.

Your Role Will Include:
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEMH needs
- Supporting behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies
- Assisting with personalised learning and behaviour plans
- Creating a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
- Building strong relationships to promote trust and resilience
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young people with SEMH or challenging behaviour
- A calm, patient, and resilient approach
- Understanding of behaviour strategies and safeguarding (desirable)
- Ability to act as a positive role model
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
