Job Title: Behaviour Support
Location: Redcar
Salary: £95 – £115 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term | Part-time / Full-time

If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. GSL Education are seeking committed Behaviour Support to join supportive schools in Redcar, where your role will be key in helping pupils reach their full potential in a safe and nurturing environment.
Your Role as Behaviour Support:
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with behavioural needs, helping them stay focused and engaged.
- Support the implementation of tailored behaviour management strategies and interventions.
- Assist teachers in maintaining a structured, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Build strong relationships with pupils to promote trust, confidence, and emotional wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to support each pupil holistically.
What You’ll Need as Behaviour Support:
- Experience working with children or young people with behavioural challenges or additional needs.
- A calm, patient, and empathetic approach.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive and resilient attitude when managing behaviour.
- An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
