Salary: £95 – £115 per day (Depending on Experience)

Your Role as Behaviour Support:

  • Provide tailored, one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with behavioural needs.
  • Use positive behaviour management strategies to support emotional regulation and engagement.
  • Help create a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment.
  • Support pupils across the curriculum, adapting approaches to meet individual needs.
  • Build trusting relationships to promote confidence, resilience, and positive behaviour.
  • Work closely with teachers, pastoral staff, and other professionals to ensure consistent support.

What You’ll Need as Behaviour Support:

  • Experience supporting pupils with behavioural needs or additional learning needs.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach when working with young people.
  • Ability to build rapport and manage challenging behaviours using positive strategies.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
