Job Title: Supply Teacher
Location: Sheffield
Salary: Up to £190 per day
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time, Flexible / Day-to-day / Long-term

A variety of secondary schools across Sheffield are seeking adaptable and confident Supply Teachers to provide consistent, high-quality classroom cover across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver pre-set lessons across different subjects, manage classroom behaviour effectively, and ensure pupils remain focused and productive throughout the school day. This role is well suited to teachers who enjoy flexibility, variety and experience across multiple school settings.
Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4

Manage classroom behaviour in line with school expectations

Maintain a positive, calm and structured learning environment

Support pupil engagement and progress during lessons

Adapt quickly to different timetables and school routines

Report concerns to relevant staff when required

Ensure continuity of learning during teacher absence
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (desirable)

Experience working in secondary school environments

Strong behaviour management and classroom control skills

Flexible, professional and reliable approach

Ability to adapt to a range of subjects and settings

Consistent availability for short and long-term cover
