About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects and age groups, manage classroom behaviour effectively, and ensure pupils stay focused and supported throughout the school day. This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy flexibility, variety and working across different educational settings.
Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-set lessons across a range of year groups and subjects

Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Maintain a calm, structured and positive learning environment

Support pupil engagement and progress during lessons

Adapt quickly to different school settings and expectations

Report any concerns to relevant staff where appropriate

Ensure continuity of learning during teacher absence
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (desirable)

Experience working in primary or secondary school settings

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

Flexible, confident and professional approach

Ability to adapt to different environments and teaching demands

Reliable availability for short-term and longer-term placements
