Job Title: Sports Coach
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £460 – £650 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Full-Time/Part-Time, Long Term/Day-to-day

GSL Education are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Sports Coach to join a welcoming and dynamic school environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys inspiring young people through physical activity, promoting teamwork, and encouraging healthy lifestyles.
Key Responsibilities of a Sports Coach:
- Deliver engaging and structured sports sessions across a range of activities.
- Encourage participation, teamwork, and skill development among students.
- Support physical education lessons and extracurricular sports programmes.
- Promote positive behaviour, inclusion, and a healthy lifestyle.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support development.
- Work collaboratively with school staff to enhance the overall sports provision.
Requirements for a Sports Coach:
- Previous experience working as a Sports Coach, PE Assistant, or in a similar role.
- A relevant coaching qualification or sports-related background is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities.
- Good behaviour management skills.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
