Key Responsibilities of the Teacher:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment.
- Support pupils in achieving their academic potential and personal growth.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of all learners.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a safe learning space.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents/carers, and support staff.
Requirements for the Teacher role:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Previous classroom teaching experience is desirable.
- Strong understanding of effective teaching and behaviour management strategies.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
