GSL Education are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive school in Tunbridge Wells. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver high-quality learning while fostering a positive and engaging environment for pupils.
Key Responsibilities of Teacher:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that meet curriculum standards.
- Create a structured, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment.
- Adapt teaching strategies to support diverse learning needs.
- Assess, track, and report on pupil progress.
- Encourage positive behaviour and promote student confidence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff.
Requirements for Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Previous experience teaching in a school setting.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- A flexible, proactive, and enthusiastic approach.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
