Job Title: Sports Coach
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £460 – £650 per week (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Day-to-day / Long-term | Part-time / Full-time

GSL Education are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sports Coach to join a supportive school environment in Sheffield. Your energy, resilience, and ability to build positive relationships will help pupils thrive both physically and personally.
Key Responsibilities of a Sports Coach:
- Deliver 1:1 and small group sports sessions to support pupil engagement.
- Promote teamwork, confidence, and positive behaviour through physical activity.
- Assist teachers in delivering PE lessons and active learning sessions.
- Support behaviour management using positive and restorative approaches.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils to encourage participation.
- Support students during lessons, break times, and extracurricular activities.
Job Requirements for a Sports Coach:
- Experience working with children or young people, ideally in a sports or coaching setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage pupils of all abilities.
- A patient, energetic, and adaptable approach.
- A genuine passion for sport, wellbeing, and youth development.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
