Job Title: Sports Coach
Location: Rotherham
Salary: £460 – £650 per week (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term | Part-time / Full-time
GSL Education are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sports Coach to join a vibrant and supportive school in the Rotherham area. This exciting role involves working with pupils across various age groups, promoting physical activity, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles while supporting students’ overall development.
Your Role as a Sports Coach Will Include:
- Delivering engaging and inclusive sports sessions across a range of activities.
- Supporting PE lessons and leading extracurricular sports clubs.
- Encouraging pupil participation, teamwork, and confidence in physical activities.
- Assisting with behaviour management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Supporting students with varying abilities, including those with additional needs.
What We’re Looking for in a Sports Coach:
- Experience coaching sports or working with children/young people.
- A passion for physical education and promoting active lifestyles.
- Strong communication and motivational skills.
- Relevant coaching qualifications (preferred but not essential).
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
