Salary: £95 – £115 per day (Depending on Experience)

Your Role as a Teaching Assistant:
- Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils, helping them understand and complete tasks.
- Assist in managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment.
- Help prepare learning materials and classroom resources.
- Encourage pupil participation, confidence, and academic progress.
What You’ll Need as a Teaching Assistant:
- Experience working with children or young people in an educational or similar setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach to supporting learners.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff.
- A proactive and flexible attitude.
- Availability to work full-time, 5 days per week.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
