Salary: £95 – £115 per day (Depending on Experience)

Your Role as a Teaching Assistant:

  • Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils, helping them understand and complete tasks.
  • Assist in managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment.
  • Help prepare learning materials and classroom resources.
  • Encourage pupil participation, confidence, and academic progress.

What You’ll Need as a Teaching Assistant:

  • Experience working with children or young people in an educational or similar setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach to supporting learners.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff.
  • A proactive and flexible attitude.
  • Availability to work full-time, 5 days per week.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
