Job Title: PE Teacher
Location: Sheffield
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are currently recruiting an enthusiastic Physical Education (PE) Teacher to work in schools across Sheffield.

As a PE Teacher, you will deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that promote physical development, teamwork, and a positive attitude towards health and fitness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality PE lessons across a range of sports and activities.
  • Encourage full participation and positive engagement from all pupils.
  • Promote teamwork, resilience, and sportsmanship.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress in line with curriculum expectations.
  • Support extracurricular sports clubs, fixtures, and school events.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience working as a PE Teacher in a school setting.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Passion for sport, fitness, and pupil development.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
