GCSE Maths Teacher – Trauma-Informed SEN School
Supply to Permanent Opportunity - September Start - Pay £150-£200 per day
We are looking for a passionate and resilient GCSE Maths Teacher to join a specialist trauma-informed SEN school supporting young people with SEMH and additional needs in Dorchester.
This is more than just a teaching role, it’s an opportunity to genuinely change lives through consistency, patience, and relationship-based learning.
The Role:
- Deliver engaging GCSE Maths lessons to small class groups
- Adapt learning to support students with SEMH, trauma backgrounds, and additional needs
- Build positive relationships and become a consistent, trusted adult for pupils
- Work closely with pastoral and support teams to create a safe learning environment
- Support students both academically and emotionally to achieve their potential
