Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Location: Goole
Salary: £100 – £120 per day
Contract: Full Time / Part Time
Start Date: Immediate or September 2026
GSL Education are seeking an experienced and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support pupils within a school setting in Goole.

Responsibilities
- Deliver small group interventions and classroom support
- Cover lessons where required
- Support pupils with additional learning needs
- Assist teachers with planning and classroom activities
- Promote positive behaviour and pupil engagement
Requirements
- HLTA qualification or relevant experience
- Experience working within a school setting
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Flexible and proactive approach
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
