1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant – EHCP Support
Location: Swanland
Salary: £88 – £110 per day
Contract: Full Time
Start Date: Immediate or September 2026
GSL Education are looking for a committed 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with additional needs in Swanland.

Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with SEN
- Support classroom learning and interventions
- Promote engagement and confidence
- Work closely with teaching staff and SENCO
- Monitor progress and provide feedback
Requirements
- Experience supporting pupils with SEN or EHCPs
- Patient and proactive approach
- Good communication skills
- Ability to build positive relationships
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
