Job Title: Science Teacher
Location: Sheffield
Salary: Up to £220 per day
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time, Flexible / Day-to-day / Long-term
Start Date: Immediately
A range of secondary schools in Sheffield are seeking knowledgeable and engaging Science Teachers to deliver high-quality lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

About the Role:
As a Science Teacher, you will deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across Biology, Chemistry and Physics, ensuring students remain motivated and fully involved in their learning. This role is ideal for teachers who are passionate about science education and confident adapting to different school settings and classroom environments.
Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4

Plan and deliver lessons in line with the national curriculum

Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies

Create a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment

Assess and monitor student progress throughout lessons

Adapt teaching approaches to meet varying learning needs
-
Maintain continuity of learning and high classroom standards
Requirements:
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
-
Experience teaching Science within secondary school settings
-
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
-
Excellent subject knowledge across Science disciplines

Flexible, professional and organised approach
-
Commitment to supporting student achievement and engagement
