Job Title: Maths Teacher
Location: Sheffield
Salary: Up to £220 per day
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time, Flexible / Day-to-day / Long-term
Start Date: Immediately
A number of secondary schools across Sheffield are seeking knowledgeable and motivated Maths Teachers to deliver engaging lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

About the Role:
As a Maths Teacher, you will deliver well-planned lessons that support students in developing confidence and understanding in mathematics. You will be responsible for managing classroom behaviour, tracking pupil progress, and creating a positive learning environment where students can achieve their potential.
Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4

Plan and adapt lessons to meet varying student needs

Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Support students in developing confidence and problem-solving skills
-
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback

Maintain a positive and focused learning environment

Work collaboratively with teaching staff and department teams
Requirements:
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
-
Experience teaching Maths in secondary school settings
-
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
-
Confident and adaptable teaching approach
-
Good communication and organisational skills
-
Commitment to supporting student achievement and wellbeing
