Job Title: Supply Teacher

A range of secondary schools in Sheffield are seeking confident and adaptable Supply Teachers to provide high-quality classroom cover across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. This is an excellent opportunity for teachers who value flexibility and enjoy working across different school environments.

About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver pre-set work across a range of subjects, ensuring students remain focused and productive throughout lessons. You will be responsible for managing classroom behaviour, maintaining a calm learning environment, and adapting quickly to different school settings and expectations.
Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4

Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Maintain a structured, calm and positive classroom environment

Ensure students remain on task and engaged in their learning

Adapt quickly to different schools, subjects and routines

Report any concerns to relevant staff where necessary

Support continuity of learning during teacher absence
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (desirable)

Experience working in secondary school settings

Strong behaviour management and classroom control skills

Confident, professional and adaptable approach

Ability to work flexibly across different subjects and schools

Reliable and consistent availability
