Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £460 – £650 per week
Contract Type: Full-time, long-term / Day-to-day
Start Date: Immediately

About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will oversee classes during teacher absence, ensuring students remain on task with pre-set work. You will play a key role in maintaining classroom order, supporting behaviour standards, and keeping pupils engaged in their learning throughout the school day.
Responsibilities:

Supervise whole classes in the absence of the teacher

Ensure students complete set work and remain focused

Manage behaviour in line with school policies

Support pupils with understanding instructions when needed

Report any issues or concerns to relevant staff

Maintain a productive and safe classroom environment
Requirements:

Experience working with children or young people is desirable

Strong classroom management and communication skills

Confident, calm and professional approach

Ability to adapt to different subjects and year groups

A genuine interest in supporting education and student progress
