Salary: £32,916 - £45,352
About the role
The role is for an experienced Maths Teacher looking to help support children between the ages of 10-16 with a primary diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Condition. We need a Maths Teacher who is committed to supporting children and helping them gain the best chances in life.
Daily duties for Maths Teacher
- Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons tailored to learners’ needs
- Support students’ academic, personal and emotional development
- Maintain a safe, positive and stimulating classroom environment
- Build strong relationships with students and families
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and support professionals
- Contribute to curriculum planning and wider school development
Requirements for Maths Teacher
- Previous Maths Teaching experience
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- A valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Motivated and hardworking
- Able to engage and adapt to diverse learning needs
