Salary: £24,350 - £26,415
About the role
This role is for a Support Manager looking to help support children between the ages of 5-16 with a primary diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Condition. We need a Support Manager who is committed to supporting children and helping the gain the best chances in life.
Daily duties for a Support Manager
- Support the day-to-day management of student behaviour
- Assist the Team Leader with behaviour support strategies
- Build positive communication with staff, students, families, and external professionals
- Provide guidance and support within a safe and nurturing environment
- Teach small groups of pupils
Requirements for Support Manager
- Previous child-based experience
- A valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Motivated and hardworking
- Able to engage and adapt to diverse learning needs
