Location: Basingstoke,
Contract Type: Temp to Perm / Permanent
Salary: £32,916 - £45,352
About the role
This role is for an experience Art Teacher looking to help support children between the ages of 7-16 with a primary diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Condition. We need an Art Teacher who is committed to supporting children and helping them gain the best chances in life.
Daily duties for Art Teacher KS2 – KS4
- Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons for all learners
- Support students’ academic, personal, and emotional development
- Create a safe and positive classroom environment
- Build strong relationships with students and families
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and support services
- Contribute to curriculum planning and wider school activities
Requirements for Art Teacher KS2 – KS4
- Previous Art Teaching experience
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- A valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Motivated and hardworking
- Able to engage and adapt to diverse learning needs
