What You’ll Bring:
• QTS and experience teaching English at secondary level
• Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management
• A passion for literature and developing students’ confidence in reading, writing, and speaking
• Enthusiasm, creativity, and a student-centred approach
• A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to build strong relationships
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
