Learning Support Assistant (Secondary School) – Fareham Area
Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 2:40pm | Term Time Only

GSL Education are proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in the Fareham area, supporting them in recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join their team.

About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff and the wider SEN team to support students within the classroom and in small group or one-to-one settings. You will play a key role in helping learners stay engaged, build confidence, and achieve their potential.
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 2:40pm, term time only. The role is initially offered on a temporary-to-permanent basis, with a permanent contract available following a successful probation period.

About You
