These roles can be varied on days, hours and activities throughout the day, so whatever you may be seeking, we will have suitable opportunities available. Each role will be involved within the education sector in some capacity, so candidates with a desire of exploring a career within education are ideal.
These roles are excellent for building experience working with children, as well as building much-valued experience, it is also a great way of securing a permanent position. This can either be within a support position, or a trainee teacher role.
Candidates that do not have a desire to work as a teacher in the future can still apply, as this is a great way of earning money in a very flexible manner. However, these candidates should ideally have previous experience with any of the following either professionally or personally:
- Learning Difficulties Experience
- Behavioural Difficulties
- Psychology
- Youth/Community work experience
- Care worker
- Mentoring
