Maths Teacher
Location: Scarborough
Salary: £32,916 – £51,048 per annum
Contract: Full Time / Part Time
Start Date: Immediate or September 2026
GSL Education are recruiting a dedicated Maths Teacher to support a secondary school in Scarborough.

This inclusive secondary school has a strong focus on numeracy and academic progress. The Maths department works collaboratively to deliver structured lessons and provide targeted support to help pupils achieve positive outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Teach Maths across KS3 and KS4
- Deliver engaging and structured lessons
- Monitor and assess pupil attainment
- Prepare pupils for GCSE examinations
- Promote problem-solving and reasoning skills
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Maths in a UK secondary setting
- Strong subject knowledge
- Ability to motivate and engage learners
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
