Job Title: Exam Invigilator
Location: Sheffield
Pay rate: £460 - £600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time
Are you a reliable and detail-oriented Exam Invigilator who can ensure examinations run smoothly and fairly?
Schools in Sheffield and GSL Education are seeking responsible Exam Invigilators to support during busy exam periods.
As an Exam Invigilator, you will supervise students during examinations, ensuring all rules and procedures are followed. You will help maintain a calm, controlled environment and support the smooth running of all assessments.
Key Duties:
- Supervise students during exams in accordance with regulations.
- Ensure exam conditions are maintained at all times.
- Distribute and collect exam papers and materials.
- Support students with queries in line with exam rules.
- Report any irregularities or issues to senior staff.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Good communication and reliability.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
