Job Title: Behaviour Support

Salary: £460 – £600 per week
Contract Type: Full-time, long-term / Day-to-day

About the Role:
As a Behaviour Support professional, you will work closely with students who require additional support to manage their behaviour and engagement in school. You will play a key role in promoting positive behaviours, supporting emotional regulation and helping pupils access learning in a meaningful way.
Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with behavioural needs

Implement behaviour management strategies in line with school policies

Support students in developing coping strategies and emotional regulation skills

Work collaboratively with teaching staff to maintain a positive learning environment

Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils

Monitor and report on student progress and behaviour
Requirements:

Previous experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs is desirable

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
A calm, patient and resilient approach

Ability to remain consistent and proactive in challenging situations

A genuine commitment to supporting student wellbeing and development
