Payrate: £150–£230 Per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Day-to-day / Long-term | Part-time / Full-time

We are searching for a dedicated Year 6 Teacher to join a supportive school in Derby, delivering high-quality lessons that help pupils achieve strong outcomes as they complete their primary education journey.
This is an excellent opportunity for a committed Year 6 Teacher who can maintain high expectations while supporting learners through SATs preparation and transition to secondary school.
The Role:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with Key Stage 2 curriculum standards
- Support pupils in developing exam readiness and strong core skills
- Encourage independence, resilience, and confidence in learning
- Track progress closely and use assessment to guide intervention
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth transition outcomes
What You’ll Bring:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification
- Strong understanding of upper Key Stage 2 and assessment frameworks
- Effective classroom management and behaviour strategies
- Ability to motivate, challenge, and support pupils effectively
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
