Job Title: Behaviour Mentor
Location: Nottingham (NG3)
Payrate: £95-£120 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Day-to-day / Long-term | Part-time / Full-time
Support positive behaviour, build strong relationships, and help pupils thrive as a Behaviour Mentor!
We are seeking a committed Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive school in Nottingham, working closely with students who need additional guidance to improve behaviour, engagement, and emotional wellbeing.
This is a rewarding opportunity for a resilient and empathetic Behaviour Mentor who can make a real difference by supporting pupils to overcome barriers to learning.
The Role:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students
- Implement behaviour strategies and intervention plans
- Promote positive behaviour, attendance, and engagement
- Work collaboratively with teachers, pastoral staff, and families
- Monitor progress and contribute to behaviour support plans
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience working with young people, particularly in behaviour or pastoral roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Calm, patient, and consistent approach to managing behaviour
- Understanding of safeguarding and student wellbeing
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
