Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are hiring a knowledgeable Computer Studies Teacher to join schools in Barnsley. The Computer Studies (CS) Teacher will deliver high-quality lessons that build understanding of programming, digital literacy, and computer systems across key stages.
Main Duties:
- Plan and deliver Computer Studies lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Teach programming, digital skills, and computing concepts.
- Encourage problem-solving and logical thinking.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience working as a Computer Studies Teacher in a school setting.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
