Job Title: Inclusion Base Manager
Location: Middlesbrough
Pay rate: £110- £150 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are seeking an experienced and proactive Inclusion Base Manager to work in one of our partnership secondary schools in Middlesbrough. This is a key role focused on setting up and managing an Inclusion Base, designed to support students with Special Education Needs (SEN) needs and provide targeted intervention.
Main Responsibilities of Inclusion Base Manager:
- Lead the setup and day-to-day management of the Inclusion Base.
- Support students with SEN through tailored interventions and structured support.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve engagement, behaviour, and learning outcomes.
- Work closely with SENCOs, teaching staff, and senior leadership teams.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all learners.
Requirements of Inclusion Base Manager:
- Experience working with students with SEN, ideally within a secondary school setting.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage behaviour effectively and implement support strategies.
- Understanding of inclusive education and intervention planning.
- Proactive, resilient, and solution-focused approach.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
