Job Title: Computer Studies Teacher
Location: Sheffield
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are calling on passionate Computer Studies Teachers to deliver engaging lessons and empower learners across Sheffield.
In this role, you will plan and deliver structured lessons covering key areas such as programming, algorithms, and information technology, helping students develop problem-solving skills and confidence in a supportive classroom environment.
About the role
As a Computer Studies (CS) Teacher, you will play a key role in preparing students for a technology-driven future by developing their technical knowledge and practical computing skills.
Core responsibilities of Computer Studies Teachers:
- Deliver well-planned Computer Studies lessons aligned with the curriculum
- Support pupils in developing coding, logical reasoning, and technical skills
- Encourage independent learning through practical computing activities
- Maintain strong classroom behaviour and a focused learning environment
- Assess pupil progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
What we are looking for
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Experience teaching Computer Science/ICT in a school setting
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice

- Have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
