Job Title: Math Teacher
Location: Sheffield
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are currently recruiting a skilled Maths Teacher to work in schools across Sheffield.

As a Mathematics Teacher, you will inspire pupils to develop strong numerical understanding, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities, supporting them to achieve their full academic potential.

Main Duties:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
  • Use a range of teaching strategies to support diverse learning needs.
  • Assess pupil progress regularly and provide clear, constructive feedback.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Contribute to departmental planning and whole-school initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience working as a Maths Teacher in a school setting.
  • Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
