Job Title: Behaviour Support
Location: Sheffield
Pay rate: £460 - £650 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time
Are you a resilient and proactive Behaviour Support professional who is passionate about helping students overcome challenges?
Schools in Sheffield and GSL Education are hiring a dedicated Behaviour Support member to provide consistent pastoral and behavioural support.
As Behaviour Support, you will work closely with pupils who may experience difficulties with behaviour, emotional regulation, or engagement in learning. You will help create a calm, structured environment where students feel supported and motivated to make positive choices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group behaviour support.
- Implement behaviour strategies and support plans.
- Support students during lessons and unstructured times.
- Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and pastoral teams.
Requirements of Behaviour Support:
- Previous experience in behaviour support or similar roles.
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
- A calm, patient, and consistent approach.
- Ability to manage challenging situations effectively.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
