About the Role:
This position is ideal for individuals from a sports or coaching background who are keen to work in education. The role may also involve supporting behaviour, assisting with cover supervision, and working with small groups to reinforce learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers with classroom learning and daily activities

  • Supervise students during lessons as part of learning support or cover supervision

  • Use coaching skills to encourage engagement and positive behaviour

  • Help maintain a structured, calm, and productive learning environment

  • A professional, adaptable, and reliable approach

  • Genuine interest in supporting education and student development

This is a fantastic opportunity in Worksop for sports professionals to transition into school-based work and build valuable experience supporting young people in education.
