Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £460 – £650 per week
Contract Type: Full-time, long-term / Day-to-day
Start Date: Immediately
Are you confident managing a classroom and ensuring students stay on track with their learning? A well-supported school in Doncaster is seeking a dependable Cover Supervisor to step in and maintain continuity during teacher absences.

About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-set lessons and maintaining a productive classroom environment. You will ensure students remain focused, follow instructions and complete their work, while managing behaviour in line with school policies.
Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-prepared lesson content across a range of subjects

Maintain strong classroom management and uphold behaviour standards

Ensure students stay engaged and complete assigned tasks

Provide basic support and guidance during lessons

Record and report on student behaviour and lesson progress

Promote a safe and respectful learning environment
Requirements:

Previous experience working with young people is desirable

Confident communication and classroom presence
-
Ability to manage behaviour effectively and remain calm under pressure

Flexible and adaptable approach to different subjects and settings
-
A genuine interest in supporting students in education
