Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Salary: £460 – £600 per week
Contract Type: Full-time, long-term / Day-to-day

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting both the teacher and pupils throughout the school day. You will provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, helping to keep students engaged and on track with their learning while contributing to a calm and productive classroom atmosphere.
Responsibilities:

Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom organisation

Provide support to pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups

Help maintain a positive and well-managed learning environment

Encourage participation and build student confidence

Prepare and organise classroom resources and materials

Track pupil progress and share feedback with teaching staff
Requirements:

Experience working with children or young people is desirable

Strong communication skills and a professional approach

A positive attitude with the ability to adapt to different situations

Confidence working as part of a team

A genuine passion for supporting students in education
