GSL Education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 (KS2) Primary Teacher for a fantastic permanent position in a supportive Portsmouth primary school. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or ECT looking to secure a long-term role in a welcoming and well-resourced school environment.

The Role
As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and creative KS2 lessons across the national curriculum
- Support pupil progress in core subjects, including English and Maths (SATs preparation)
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress effectively
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
- KS2 teaching experience (ECTs welcome to apply)
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A genuine passion for primary education and raising attainment
- Confident, adaptable, and committed to high standards
Experience Level
- ECTs (Early Career Teachers) – welcome and fully supported
- Experienced Teachers – strongly preferred, with potential for additional responsibility within KS2
