The Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will play a key role in inspiring and supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2. You’ll deliver engaging lessons, foster a positive classroom environment, and help every child reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons across KS1 and/or KS2
- Support pupil progress in core subjects, including English and Maths
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Assess, track, and report on pupil progress
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with additional needs
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
- Experience in KS1 and/or KS2 (ECTs encouraged to apply)
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A genuine passion for primary education and pupil achievement
- A proactive, adaptable, and committed approach
