Job Title: Math Teacher
Location: Barnsley
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are currently welcoming applications from skilled Maths Teachers to work in schools across Barnsley. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils in developing strong mathematical understanding and achieving their academic goals.
As a Mathematics Teacher, you will deliver well-structured lessons that encourage logical thinking, accuracy, and a positive attitude towards learning maths.
Prime Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons across key stages.
- Teach topics such as algebra, geometry, fractions, and statistics.
- Support pupils in developing problem-solving and reasoning skills.
- Assess pupil progress and provide clear and constructive feedback.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of different learners.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum delivery.
Essential Requirements of Maths Teachers:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Maths within a school setting.
- Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills.
- An enthusiastic and motivating teaching style.
- Ability to support and challenge pupils of all abilities.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
