Job Title: Supply Teacher

Salary: Up to £190 per day

A range of secondary schools across Sheffield are seeking confident and adaptable Supply Teachers to provide high-quality classroom cover across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will step into a variety of classrooms to deliver pre-set lessons, manage behaviour effectively and ensure students remain engaged and on task. This role offers flexibility and variety, making it ideal for teachers who enjoy working across different school environments and adapting quickly to new settings.
Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4

Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Maintain a calm, structured and supportive learning environment

Support student engagement and ensure focus throughout lessons

Adapt quickly to different school environments and routines

Report any concerns to relevant staff when necessary

Ensure continuity of learning during teacher absences
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (desirable)

Experience working in secondary school settings

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
-
Confident, flexible and professional approach

Ability to adapt to different subjects and school contexts

Reliable and consistent availability
