Key Responsibilities of the Exam Invigilator:
- Supervising students during examinations.
- Distributing and collecting exam papers and materials.
- Ensuring exam conditions are strictly maintained.
- Assisting with setting up and clearing exam venues.
- Responding to student queries in line with exam regulations.
- Reporting any irregularities or breaches of exam conditions.
The Ideal Exam Invigilator Will:
- Be reliable, punctual and professional.
- Have strong attention to detail.
- Be confident supervising groups of students.
- Remain calm and vigilant in a formal environment.
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply).
- Have a fully checkable work history.
