Secondary School Geography Teacher – Full Time | Long-Term Role | Manchester
Are you a passionate and dedicated Geography Teacher looking for your next teaching opportunity? We are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and well-established secondary school in the Manchester area for a full-time Geography Teacher to join their team on a long-term basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs looking to gain valuable classroom experience in a supportive school environment.
The Role:
- Teaching Geography across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons
- Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Full-time position: Monday to Friday
- Term time only
- Long-term placement with potential for extension
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE
- Experience teaching Geography within a secondary school setting
- Strong classroom management skills
- Passion for inspiring young people to learn about the world around them
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
