Primary Teacher
Location: Thanet, Kent
Salary: £120 - £250 per day (depending on experience)
Start date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time, Long-term

If so, then we at GSL Education Kent would love to hear from you. We are currently recruiting for several Primary Teachers to join a vibrant and welcoming school community in Thanet. We have opportunities available for both a KS1 Teacher and a KS2 Teacher to join a setting that values creativity, inclusivity, and high standards of achievement. The selected Primary Teachers will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to their respective year groups, helping every pupil reach their full potential in a stimulating environment.

As a Primary Teacher, you will be expected to:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across either the KS1 or KS2 curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes high standards of behaviour.
- Assess, record, and report on pupil progress, using data to inform future planning.
- Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, aligning with the school’s values and pastoral initiatives.
To be considered for these Primary Teacher roles, candidates must:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have experience teaching in a UK primary school.
- Possess a strong understanding of the primary curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Meet GSL's safer recruitment background checks.
- Have a Child Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
