Job Title: Primary Teachers
Location: Middlesbrough
Pay rate: £120 - £160 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

Inspire young learners and support their early development by delivering engaging, creative, and well-structured lessons across the primary curriculum!

GSL Education are searching for inspiring Primary Teachers to join schools in Middlesbrough. The Primary Teachers will play a key role in creating a positive learning environment, helping pupils develop academically, socially, and emotionally.

Main Duties of Primary Teachers:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across the primary curriculum.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Adapt teaching to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities.
  • Assess progress and provide clear, constructive feedback.
  • Encourage positive behaviour and active participation.
  • Work collaboratively with staff and parents to support pupil development.

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching within a primary school setting.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Passion for supporting young learners and their development.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
