Job Title: Secondary Teachers
Location: Middlesbrough
Pay rate: £150 -£220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time
Are you a passionate Secondary Teacher looking to make a positive impact across a range of subjects?
GSL Education are looking for dedicated Secondary Teachers to work with schools in Middlesbrough, delivering high-quality lessons and supporting students across Key Stages in a variety of subject areas.
As a Secondary Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons, support student progress, and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment where all pupils can thrive.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Teach across your subject specialism to secondary-aged students.
- Create a positive and well-managed classroom environment.
- Assess student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Support students of varying abilities through differentiated learning.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum delivery and student outcomes.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching in a secondary school setting.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to different subjects or school environments.
- A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
