Job Title: Behaviour Support
Location: Dinnington
Pay rate: £460 - £650 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are searching for for a passionate Behaviour Support Worker to join a supportive school in Dinnington. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping students overcome behavioural challenges and stay engaged in their education.
As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide targeted support to students, helping them manage their behaviour and build positive relationships. The successful candidate will be calm, patient, and confident in handling challenging situations.
Prime Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with behavioural needs
- Help manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour
- Promote positive behaviour and encourage student engagement
- Support students’ emotional and social development
- Work closely with teachers and other staff to implement behaviour strategies
- Monitor progress and report on student behaviour and development
- Contribute to creating a safe and supportive learning environment
Requirements of Behaviour Support:
- Experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs
- Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
- A patient, resilient, and calm approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive and positive attitude
- An up-to-date CV covering the last ten years (with any gaps explained)
- An enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service, or willingness to apply
